Really New Klimentov

Since 2006 the project "Really New Klimentov" has been dealing with revitalization of the former barracks in the Municipality of Velká Hleďsebe. It aims to start up an economic and social revival of the municipality and the region. The revitalization of the territory will contribute to development activities, such as education, research, culture of living, travel and tourism and the development of public and private services.

The area of 55.2 ha will be used to build a new suburb of the Municipality of Velká Hleďsebe, where 2,600 inhabitants can find their future home. They can live, do business, work, educate themselves and provide as well as use medical, spa and other services on the premises.

The project Really New Klimentov ensures the transformation of the currently not used and deteriorating premises of the former barracks into a new modern municipality suburb with a well-considered infrastructure providing complex economic, social and cultural functions for its future inhabitants.

On the overall premises of the revitalized barracks there should be 173 family houses and 560 new flat units gradually built. In the northern part of the area there will be established a modern scientific facility linking research, innovative enterprising and small-scale production based on the most advanced technologies. In the new suburb there will certainly be social services, education, health services, cultural and free-time facilities, shops and amdinistration available. The project also includes a large-scale zone of recreational greenery.

The project Really New Klimentov fosters establishing 600 new direct jobs. Thanks to a multiplying effect there will be other approximately 200 job opportunities created.

An integral part of the project is living for seniors in a senior village with a planned capacity of up to 600 beds. As required not only by this specific group, there will be a community center, a boarding facility, an information center, a surgery, medical services and specialized gerontologic workplaces (a geriatric center, massages, a wellness center, clinics, a swimming pool, rehabilitation facilities etc.) built. These services will be available for all the inhabitants of the Municipality of Velká Hleďsebe and the general public.

The project Really New Klimentov offers to all the people an opportunity of good investment into a satisfactory life, active old age, innovative enterprising, education and the feeling of peace and safety.
